Solutions for marine applications

Marine Geotube®

Geotube® systems involve the fabrication of close-ended tubular products attached with filling ports at regularly spaced intervals. Geotube® containers are hydraulically filled with a slurry mix of sand and water and the hydraulic pressure will transport sand along the inside of the tube. Water will dissipate through the permeable engineered fabric, while sand will settle out within the container by gravity. A monolithic structure with compacted sand is formed and used in variety of marine applications.

TenCate Polyfelt® F

TenCate Polyfelt® F filter fabrics are geocomposites, consisting of two layers of mechanically bonded continuous-filament nonwoven made from 100% UV-stabilised polypropylene.

TenCate Bidim® F

TenCate Bidim® F filter fabrics are geocomposites, consisting of two layers of mechanically bonded continuous-filament nonwoven made from 100% UV-stabilised polypropylene.
